Took on the controller role in a newly created shared services organisation while simultaneously supporting the creation of a new legal entity separating GBS activities from the existing Czech entity.

  • Designed and implemented KPI framework for the new GBS entity
  • Created new cost allocation keys for GBS services across the group
  • Supported legal entity creation and financial setup

Led financial operations of a loss-making BU. Managed complete financial response to a fire that destroyed the Žebrák plant.

  • Renegotiated FX conditions — ~€1M in yearly savings
  • Designed and drove recovery plan for loss-making Janovice plant
